- Results are final — The NMC emphasizes that results cannot be altered. Candidates are warned not to fall prey to fraudsters claiming they can change results.
- Results are available online via the official portal: nmc.gov.gh
Step-by-Step Guide: Checking Results & Registering for Licensing
Here’s a simplified breakdown of the registration process for successful candidates:
- Log into your NMC portal Use your credentials to access the examination registration portal.
- Click “Check Results” View and download your results directly from the portal.
- Start the Registration Process If successful, proceed to initiate your licensing registration.
- Make Payment Pay via your mobile money wallet (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) or online.
- Upload Passport Photo
- Auxiliary: Red background
- Basic: White background Select your regional office for PIN/IN collection.
- Complete Payment via Ghana.gov Follow the instructions to finalize your payment.
- Download & Submit Registration Form Attach your passport photo and submit the form to your selected regional office.
Important Dates & Notes
- From 21st September 2025: Report to your Regional Health Directorate and Internship/National Service Coordinators.
- After Rotation: Return to your regional office to collect your license.
- Certificates & PINs will be sent to the region of training for collection.
