Legislative power in Ghana

Article 93(2) of the 1992 constitution of Ghana provides that the legislative power of Ghana shall be vested in Parliament and shall be exercised by Parliament in accordance with the Constitution. This legislative power however can be delegated under the authority of the Constitution or Statutes.
